I wish we in England could get away with it. Whenever I've got my cock out in public or, just once, gone stark bollock naked (in all cases only after a few too many drinks) the cops have appeared as fast as fuck to nab me, the spoilsports! It's been some years since the last time so I don't know if I'm still on police records as having been given a strong caution for 'indecent exposure' and sternly told that if I did it again I'd be locked up! (Now there's a thought!) Maybe if I did repeat it I should plead that it's only for 'religious reasons'. 😊
