........otherwise we're gonna see a line of young guys (who are strangely mainly blonde or light-haired) all laid out on their backs with legs up in the air. Oh.....forget I said that!

      It's quite that. Some may be a bit on the (too?) young side, but own my choice would be 4th from left, who also happens to look like the most mature of them.
