Love these Indian celebrations where cock exposure, if not compulsory, is certainly not discouraged, and is even considered desirable. Nothing in the least to be ashamed of - and these certainly aren't. In any case, these sadhus are proud of their not owning any possessions at all, not even so much as the least stitch of clothing - and quite reasonably, they are allowed to demonstrate it.
Doesn't the sight of young guy in centre gladden you? - and maybe put some 'lead in your pencil'? Looks like he's having carefree fun (dancing?) though the two on left look decidedly grumpy, while the two on his other side are at least trying to smile.
