My experience of being part of a group like this is that you keep getting kneed in the chin (almost making you bite your own tongue off!) or getting winded by being elbowed in the belly, or having your balls slapped or stamped on in the excitement and the crush. But these minor incidentals don't stop from making it worthwhile all the same.
