Doing the double-suck in erect position.

I've never tried this and, apart from being nervous about dropping the other guy or falling on one's head, it must be a bit distracting when all you want to do is to feel the experience of sucking while being sucked. I recommend both lying down for maximum appreciation of this beautiful act.
