.......who is fully aware that his fly is undone yet will deny that he knew it when confronted by some interfering nobody - or by a spoilsport cop who'll more than likely be hoping his own rising stiffie doesn't show poking out the front of his khaki pants. But then when asked for I.D. the young guy reaches back to his bum pocket for his wallet leaving his shaft visible for a few more seconds while the cop gets sweaty trying not to keep looking down at the guy's undone fly, fearing that he himself is going to pop some buttons on his own pants. Ha ha!
