Look at what's going on in the background too. Maybe this guy in the chair wants cooling down, even though it'll be a warm shower, while this pisser puffs on his pipe. If beer's being drunk, as seems possible from this guy's healthy and  powerful gush, it won't be long before another human hosepipe comes along needing to be used and this guy will be in for a real drenching, which I guess he'd appreciate.
