I bet everyone wants to look but they're all afraid of being noticed doing it - and I'm sure that the little brave guy knows it while pretending he couldn't care.  Although a few times I have taken my cock out on the underground (and overground!) in order to be seen by others - but always when pissed, I think -  I don't think I'd have the guts to actually travel stark naked. What can you do if someone objects to you being exposed and you've nothing to cover yourself with? Move to another carriage?
