Kilts are go!

Obviously the top one knows what he's doing and is happy to do it. Looks like he might even have a boner under there! Not sure if the lower one is aware though my guess is that he does as it's hard to envisage a kilt-wearer with nothing on underneath who's not ever-conscious of his ease to flash.
