When workies have to get themselves all filthy, muddy and grimy in order to earn their crust, it don't mean that they have to put their emotional needs on hold. We're all human and, as long as it's not inconvenient, it's better to let it out than bottle it up. Once what's needed is done and over with it makes for the work being resumed being more efficient too.
Btw: I like those rubber thigh boots in the middle pic. In my mind I can just see my fresh, warm spunk trickling all the way down them.
