WTF is going on here?

 

Looks like some cowboy-type is tethering two stripped men to the fence, but for what? Trespassing? Attempting to steal horses? Maybe they're going to be left to sweat it out tied there for a very long time, though what I'd now prefer to see is for the two of them being threatened with a cattle prod, and watching them in a genuine sweat twisting about and gyrating in desperation to pull away from the lethal instrument of torture, yelling and squealing. Wouldn't that be such fun to watch? Ha ha! 😂
