I've no idea what's gong on here, but it looks like military uniforms have been stripped off these guys, now trussed-up prisoners, and at least one of them has got excited at the predicament they're in. (I haven't missed the significance of the title of the internet site this pic comes from, at the top of the pic - 'Bootlust'). Precisely who their captors are remains a mystery but I'd like to see what happens next as these two are sure to be put through some kind of ordeal or torture for either being caught as 'enemies' or being made to divulge certain information. As a matter of fact I too find myself being 'stimulated' at the thought of what might next be in store for these two luckless captives. 😁
